The Villas at Meadows at Summit Ridge have recently added several new villas! A lot of excitement is building for the almost finished maintenance-free villas. There are 28 lots total, but 3 left to choose from. These Villas differ from traditional ones because they have fenced backyards and you can fence in your own backyard if you want. A new owner can choose whether to just join the Villas Homeowners Association or join the Summit Ridge HOA and use the pool for $25 more a month.
All homes are in the Lees Summit West High School district. Each home has its own lawn sprinkler. Each home plan can be custom too. The Vetrianno III
The most popular plan in the villas with the double door entry and spacious layout, this is a great plan.
The Benton
This is the smallest floor plan in the Villas and is still very popular and affordable. It has plenty of space on the main level but if you want to expand it you can to our newly expanded Benton which will be built on Villa lot 26 as a daylight backyard. It is 1 foot deeper in the entryway closet and the master closet.
The Vetrianno IV
This is going up on a future lot Villa 25 and will be a walk-out or daylight lot. This is the largest plan that is newer for a larger master walk-in closet and walk-in closet in the front bedroom. There is not a virtual tour for this, but it is essentially the same as the Vetrianno III with larger closets.
